Laura Biagiotti - Roma.

Been using it for years. Love the scent and women seem to dig it as well. I don't think I'll ever stop using it.

What do you guys think of Geo. F. Trumper Cologne? I've never really bought a good fragrance before but have been thinking about it.

Absolutely love that one. Smells great without being overpowering. Trumper Portugal is also great, more of an orange rind scent in the top notes. Almost all of the Trumper colognes are superior and unique smelling concoctions. Only thing to be aware of is they tend to fade after around 4 hrs. They sell 200ml plastic refill bottles for almost the same price as their 50ml glass spray bottles. Consider getting your own atomizer bottle for $5 and filling it up from the 200ml Trumper refill.

Another one to consider is the overused in the US but unheard of in Oz - Abercrombie Fierce (Americans, hear me out). This scent is pumped through the Abercrombie stores in the US on an hourly basis. It smells like spice cookies just out of the oven. If you're under 21 and want to get a lot of compliments, find an eBay seller that ship to your continent. The 1oz size is plenty. Eventually, Abercrombie will come to your shores and the scent will be maligned as it is in the US but until then you'll have a unique scent that'll make the ladies follow you around like the Pied Piper of New South Wales.

Just noticed that this store here have them on sale (stock take). Are the ones you mentioned suitable for daily use? Are some more suitable for certain seasons? I'm thinking I might have to ask for a few samples.

Ajaccio Violets is a one note violet scent that lasts only an hour, but man, it's intoxicatingly beautiful. You'd have to keep an atomizer in your pocket to reapply every hour. Not worth the hassle. Geo. F. Trumper Eau de Cologne is a year round scent - probably my favorite but almost all of them are bottle worthy. Portugal is more summery because of the bitter citrusy top notes but it's very unique and memorable. I love Portugal, I wore it as my go-to scent for years. GFT is too similar to the Eu de Cologne, (but not as good - it's sweeter hard candyish smelling) so you don't need it. Trumper Sandalwood is a long, long lasting fragrance best for cooler weather, it's a creamy Sandalwood rather than dry. Eucris is too dirty motor oil smelling , IMHO. Limes is another lovely citrus with too short a staying power to actually consider purchasing unless you only wear it around the house. Spanish Leather is soapy and powdery with a faint cloves smell - very light on the leather. If you're set on Trumper, the one to start with is: http://www.mensbiz.com.au/shop/fragr.../prod_457.html Also be aware that the bottles have splash applicators. Buy yourself an atomizer bottle and pour the juice in, they'll last much longer. The Abercrombie I mentioned above is a also great winter scent.

Never liked GIT. Much prefer Creed SMW during the day (sometimes at night).

Has anyone tried Prada eau du toilette pour homme? I need a new bottle and was thinking about giving it a try.

Hit-and-miss. Their limes and bay rum colognes are quite good but fleeting. GFT reminds me a LOT of our bathroom air freshener, and seems shrill. There's one I can't recall the name of that was outrageously strong and gassed me out of my office one day. Sold off the bottle after that.
