They're document pouches.

They're actually quite convenient if you don't have enough to fill up a bag/briefcase.

Tattoos can be useful in certain situations...

The tattoo can offer you some entertainement and reading material during certain activities...

Hers is fugly...

I carry my redwell if I don't have enough for the goonbox. No gator manpurse for me.

My wife started recently noticing some cracks in the ceiling and is insisting on having the TV in the bedrom on at all time.

I use document pouches/portfolios most often now instead of a briefcase. They are very convenient for carrying documents and other essentials.
