I've been thinking of moving back to Brooklyn and Boerum Hill is on my shortlist.

Yeah...he's looking at Windsor Terrace or "South Slope" if you will. My sister lived in Windsor Terrace last year with 3 other roommates, had a tiny bedroom (to herself though), and she paid about $550 a month not including utilities.
