Florsheim Longwings by Ducky Brown: A Review

I've seen some true vintage Florsheims with a chisely toe like the ones you see here. Surprising but they existed before KC.
All the pics of the Ducky Browns do not show anything but the classic shapes, as far as I can tell. I have owned the Kenmoor longwings as well as the shortwing bals the Duckies are modeled after. The shape looks the same.

On another note, I heard that the Ducky Longwings are actually made in the USA according to a website that sells them. Have been unable to confirm...Originally Posted by greekgeek

Updated for this season with exposed metal eyelets, a soft square toe, and fresh color combinations while still paying homage to the original via the revival of the V-Cleat heel. I actually think those florsheims are kinda cool. Worn on the feet with jeans, I don't think they would look as drastically chunky-square-toed. The camera angle is very extreme in these photos. While I obviosuly prefer the classic round toed florsheims, I'd have these in my rotation just for the shock value.
