i like the color of your pants but the cardigan looks a lil weird around the waist. ditching the cardigan all together might be better.

I get the preference against a peaking undershirt--it's just not as neat/polished as a hidden one. But such strident opposition seems to me like adherence to a style dogma. I don't think a slightly visible T is necessarily that bad, especially when the alternative is giving the world a view of the chest mane. I also think an exposed T can give a look some intentionally unkempt or laid back flavor. Neat and polished all the time is a bit much.

If it's hot you don't need to worry about showing a little skin and chest hair. As long as you don't have a gold necklace as well. If it's because of work, then simply don't unbutton that second button. I'd suggest getting a deeper v shirt for summer (I don't wear undershirts since I think of my button shirts as undershirts but I can understand not wanting to sweat all over them).

As far as adding sprezz or whatever, I feel like it just looks sloppy like showing your underwear from pants that are falling off. It looks far more laid back if you just see a little chest hair. Anyways, though two buttons are unbuttoned you won't be seeing much chest anyways.
