i like the color of your pants but the cardigan looks a lil weird around the waist. ditching the cardigan all together might be better.

As far as adding sprezz or whatever, I feel like it just looks sloppy like showing your underwear from pants that are falling off. It looks far more laid back if you just see a little chest hair. Anyways, though two buttons are unbuttoned you won't be seeing much chest anyways.
