^^What, are you actually reading peoples posts in this thread? If there was ever a thread not to read people's posts outside of CE, it's this one.

Damn, I'm probably waayyy over the limit. Either way this is enough to last me forever, for any type of situation that might arise. I certainly couldn't carry this on my back, or even in my car, but this is probably a wardrobe where every item would get used.

My wardrobe is already fairly minimal. This is the core of it that I go to every day. Even if I were to buy a lot more I wouldn't wear it all. I do have many other shirts but simply don't wear them. Not really anal about having specific brands. But some are listed because it's just what I have now. Not listing accessories, just clothes.

Daily Clothes:

Blue Jeans, somets
Khaki Chino, uniqlos
White Chinos
Gray wool pants
Navy Suit, tat
White button up shirt
Blue button up shirt
Navy gingham button up shirt
Pink button up shirt
Undershirts v and crew neck (gray, white, navy, black) hanes or aa
Underwear & dress socks
Navy tie w/ small white spots
Family tartan tie
Brown oxfords & matching belt
Black oxfords & matching belt
Desert Boot & matching belt (wider than dress belt)
CPs & white leather belt
Zip hoodie
Gray v-neck sweater
Navy v-neck sweater

Not much color, yea. I just really like to wear white and navy.

Active clothes for trail running, hiking and mtn biking:

Inov-8 trail runners
Capilene 1 shirt
Capilene 3 thermal underwear/shirt
Patagonia shorts
gym/running shorts
Smartwool Adrenalines
2 cycling jerseys leftover from the teams I was on
pair of cycling shorts
Integral Designs rain jacket
Patagonia houdini
Patagonia down vest
Mechanix stealth gloves, cut-off fingers for biking and shooting

- 2 suits: navy worsted 3-roll-2, medium gray (not charcoal) flannel two button (jackets and pants should work as separates)
-2 pairs of slacks (light gray, tan)
-1 pair of chinos
-2 polos (dark and light, no logos)
-4 ocbd: 2 in white, 2 in blue university stripe
-1 white sailcloth shirt w/ spread collar
-3 pairs of shoes: black captoes, brown or oxblood bluchers/wingtips, oxblood loafers
-3 belts to match shoes
-3 ties (two solid, one with pattern)
-1 tailored overcoat (charcoal)
-1 minimalist watch w/ black leather strap
-1 white pocket square
-solid socks that match your pants
-1 six pack hanes white v-neck under shirts
-2 six pack of hanes dark underwear

casual:
-APC NS (relatively narrow leg opening works with low-profile sneakers/wingtips)
-APC rescue (relatively wide leg opening works with boots)
-something that isn't indigo (garment dyed jeans, 5 pocket canvas, officer chino, whatever)
-2 band of outsiders over-dyed button-downs
-2 short sleeve epaulet button-downs
-2 three pack of AA 50/25/25 crews (i.e., two each of black, athletic blue, athletic grey)
-desert boot (clarks or alden chukkas w/ crepe sole)
-chucks or vans authentics
-2 pairs of boots (Alden Roy's and Red Wing 6'' classic moc as a work boot )
-2 tanner goods leather belts (dark and light)
-harrington jacket (TOJ)
-pea coat (TOJ)
-leather (Schott slim cafe racer, or TOJ)
-1 pair of shorts to wear when it's hot; should be able to be dressed up or down; no cargo pockets.
-1 pair of board shorts (no skulls, no designs)
-1 metal band chronograph
-classic sunglasses (what you buy will depend on the shape of your face)
-tattoos (nothing on the neck or below the elbow, or on the legs)
-six pack abs
-hot chick

You could have only this stuff available to you, and be fresh to death in any situation.

WTF, that's not minimalist at all. that's like twice what i have right now.

Alright, I've paired it down as low as I can go. This is much harder as someone with a job. If I was in school, this list could be halved.
