+1. This way is more or less like how other B&S systems work (like eBay, craigslist, etc.,). That that makes sense.

I suggested that in the "locked thread" thread a few weeks ago as a way to simplify everything, get rid of most rules and free mods time from enforcing these rules.

I was told that the current system is fine if people abide...

I had a feeling it was going to be squirreled. So glad I emailed myself the link for home viewing later tonight.

Yes, that is one of the proposals under consideration.

I never even clicked the link. For some strange reason, in defiance of all logic...I thought it would be around when I got home.

No - he was talking about the D/FW toolbooth crash video.

I, however, was asking about the vid you mentioned.

I can't believe I'm asking this, but... please, may I ask, what I have done to incur a thread locking in my sale thread located here? - http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=182170

It need not be unlocked, but if only for my own edification I'd like to know where I've misstepped so I can avoid this behavior in the future.

I only bumped with price drops, and I answered all questions via PM. I am only left to assume that the price drops I made were not substantial enough to warrant bumping.

Please advise.

Yours,
softy

Correct. 5% drop minimum is the rule of thumb
