dude men dont naturally gain more muscle at age 30, its the exact opposite. test levels begin to decrease and it becomes much more difficult to gain... they gain fat, sure, but not muscle
and i dont think the "people associate more muscular with older" stuff is true anyway. its pretty easy to tell how old someone is, how muscular he/she is is near the bottom of the list of signifiers
That is simply untrue; being more massive is a visual cue we associate with age and built people just loose that teenage air that we conflate with slenderness.
