I'm doing one cheat "1/2 day" usually on Sundays. Usually head down to my friend' restaurant for whatever looks good and a bottle of eye-tal red.
I trust by "modified" you mean actually getting enough calories to survive

I'm currently at about 2200 daily.

i dont think everyone wants to or should dress up like diavolo. i do agree on occassion Spoo has a flair for the color/pattern clash, but today seems pretty fine.
