Hanrahans in Sukumvit soi 4. Area's a bit of a dump but a couple of days ago the security forces were preventing too much movement so choices were limited. Plus, they're the last pub in the city with Guinness

Talisker 10...sweet then spicy then sweet!!! May grow on me, but I think I prefer the Islay in peated malts.

Cafe au Lait at Pekoe's in Boulder. It's a great place to be, although it might be time to transition to a pu'erh cha.

Rogue John John Dead Guy Ale. Dead Guy Ale aged in Dead Guy Whiskey casks. Truly amazing stuff. I was expecting something a lot heavier and not as drinkable, but this is great! I just wish it wasn't such a limited edition.

Hmmm, good weekend for the drinking/dining out three days in a row. Had a Negroni, a couple of Rum Old Fashioneds that literally blew my mind, and a pair of Southsides. Yummy. Tonight, at home with my signature cocktail and some snacks:
