Okay, I get it. It's a clunker. I'm digging the brown dial so the search will continue. Any suggestions?

The speedy pro saphire sandwich comes with a chocolate dial. It's a beauty.

I would avoid it. BTW -- anyone else waiting/hoping for Omega to come up with an in-house chronograph movement with coaxial escapement?

No suggestions at the moment, but I'm glad you passed on that one.

Don't know how you feel about Radiomirs, but here's a new model for 2010 in their new brownish composite material:

If aportnoy feels a Speedy Pro is too large, I can't imagine he'd go for the Rad

^ True. It's just what came to mind when he said 'brown'.

Edit: IIRC, he didn't say the pro was too large, but the 44mm automatic Speedy I suggested. But that will probably still rule out a Radiomir.

I like the broad arrow. I end up getting the Speedy pro over it and save a few bucks.

I would very much like one of those. Can I get one at MSRP, please?

I have that same watch. Hardly worn. Stuffed in a drawer. Good and cheap and with cool colours. Will sell to any gentleman with a willingness to pick it up in Hong Kong. Cheerio!

A Journe or a Lange would match well with your Vass, EGs & G&Gs
