At the 65th Anniversary of the end of the WW2. My grandfather was a tank commander in the Soviet Army and was a part of the final charge on Berlin.

The pin was the anniversary band given to all who were a part of the celebration. I wore it all night.

Grandpa - will be 85 this October.

2. Sober up from a sloshy weekend
3. Avoid Vox's opinions of neutrality, and make the digest by either failing miserably, or putting together some good fits consistantly.

1 and 2, batting 1000 so far... the rest, well.....

A few pictures by my friend Noe Montes from a big event I put on this past weekend, MaxFunCon.

Me and Will from A Suitable Wardrobe (who did a great session, btw)

Me and John Hodgman in his airplane flight garb.

On stage Saturday.

That's my co-host Jordan looking fantastic in a Spiderman costume, and the great Maria Bamford in red.

Marc Maron dubbed me "Papa Jesse, benevolent colonel of the nerd plantation" based on this look.

Friday I have to do a lot of load-in, so it was this old Brooks sack and a green pointed-end knit with chinos and bucks.

Hodgman in a custom grey corduroy 3-piece, displaying Malort, the foulest liqueur known to man. We had a blast!

Not that this looks bad but I have a feeling that IRL the colors and textures pop a lot more than in these pics.
