Can somebody who has had or tried both black and indigo APC's answer some questions I have?

I know from what I've read that blacks are generally regarded as somewhat slimmer than indigo, but how much exactly? Is it enough to size down more for indigo? I have a pair of black new standard 27's that are just slightly too slim, and they've already been worn for about two months so I don't think they'll stretch much more. At the same time, I just got a pair of practically brand new indigos in size 28 and they feel too big. I know this could be due to my perfectionist nature but would it be a good idea to go for 27 indigos and 28 blacks?

my feeling is that i should've gone 1 size up on my blacks as compared to my indigos, instead of getting both in the same size. blacks are real ******* tight, especially around the thighs, while the indigo is perfect.

also: none of you idiots know the answer to my question on the previous page, concerning how to avoid stretching on raw denim? would a hot soak before too much wear be a good way reducing stretch?

As far as your question, what are you concerned about stretching? If it's just the waist, you could wear a belt. That's all I know unfortunately.

Hmm, i just found out that if you choose north america as your location, the original cures are not available. If you choose "other countries" like i did, they are....

i tried looking for the answer to this but theres too many pages so i didn't come across the answer by going to random pages haha

from what i've read, the APCs will stretch anywhere from 1"-3" in the waist, but what about the legs? i.e. top thigh (from crotch), knee (specifically 14" down from the crotch) and opening (if any).

it would be helpful if someone can post their measurements who have been wearing them for like 6months+ so i can compare to context clothing measurements.

also, how much did they shrink in the legs or waist when you washed them? did it stretch back out to pre-wash size after wear? smaller than pre-wash size?

Mine are tagged 26 but I would be 29 in most pants. As for shrinking after washing, you won't find many answers to that because most people don't wash them in water. I have only dry cleaned mine twice.

do you think you can measure the legs on yours? for top thigh (from crotch), knee (14" down from crotch) and the opening.

also what cut is yours? theres already enough info about the waist stretch but i was concerned about the leg stretch. if you could post the measurements of your jeans that would be really helpful so i can compare it to context clothing's measurements of new ones.

sorry guys im new a round here, would it be too rude to request for fade progression pics of NS Blacks from members of SF who owns a pair? I've own a pair myself for close to a year now, and i'm wondering if my NS blacks are fading normally. They seem to crease and honeycomb perfectly fine but there seem to be no fading of any kind. Is that meant to be right? I haven't washed my pair even since i got it, not even a little soak in the tub.

anyone else care to share pics of their NS blacks? thanks!
