I do see the point you're making...

The first guy is trying too hard and there is something quite artificial in his look.

Lino ,the second gentleman just looks like a character from a Scorcese's movie..

The first guy's shirt is also pretty bad IMO. it looks like he bought it at Express.

I'm not crazy about the jacket...

The flap and the ticket pockets look massive disturbing the jacket's balance.

Good point. I think Lino looks preposterous much of the time, but I understand what you mean about "seeing the man".
