I was checking out the BB site (in anticipation of possibly being able to whip through the Toronto store on the way back to the airport tomorrow), and noticed that they are selling "lightweight" dress shoes under the Peal & Co label. They're a bit cheaper than the regular Peals ($20 - not enough to change my purchasing decisions), but what's the diff?

I've never heard of a shoe being called "lightweight" because of its sole, but with all of BB's wacky marketing lately, I wouldn't be surprised if that's exactly what it meant.

I'm not a fan of this idea either ... but I'm not too surprised.

Are these on the website? All those I'm seeing on the website indicate "Made in England."

I know you're not E. F. Hutton ... but when certain SF people speak ... well, I was on the Brooks site looking for the glue.

The italian ones look like glue jobs, but there is a new breed of English ones. The English ones don't look like glue jobs.

Piales. I'm surprised BB has the review feature on the web site. Is this common these days?
