x post from the new gap denim thread... these are my skinny's bout 7 months old almost everyday use. These are reaaally tough faders they havnt been washed or soaked.

again, tnx! appreciate the positive comments on the FCs. i wish i can take full credit on its evo, but it's [really] all about the denim. the only thing i did diffrently was that , instead of going with the SuFu flow [ei, going for high frequency washes for a more vintage fade], i held onto the indigo dye. i figured, i'd enjoy the high contrast fadez on the 1st stage, then when blase, increase wash frequency [in warm] til desired balance is achieved.

wash info : initial hotsoak x2 :: 1-hr warm soak x2 [ @2nd + 3rd mos ] :: 1st wash @4.5 :: 1-hr warm soak @ 6th mo :: 2nd wash @ 7.5 mos :: 3rd wash @9 mos :: 4th wash + 1st machinedry [@"permanent" cycle] @10 mos :: 5th wash + 2nd machinedry [@"permanent" cycle] @11.5 mos ***all washes are cold & with Woolite Dark.

F310s, sized up one to 31 for relaxed fit

Two years, worn maybe 1/4 to 1/3 of that, but worn hard - these are my camping/hiking/gardening and weekend jeans, soaked once, handwashed twice. Sorry for the slight blurriness, no natural light and didn't want to edit them Arcs were taken off about halfway through, left some cool imprints
