I have embarked on Caro's LBJ saga. It will probably take me forever to read the three books he's already published (Path to Power, Means of Ascent, Master of the Senate). But I am determined to do it.

Can someone recommend me a book dealing with the Devil/Satan, that is not Milton, Dante, or Goethe?

What's wrong w/ liking C.S. Lewis?

Aside from his collected cliches and cheap Christian allegories, professionally he commonly tried to bowlderise the greatest genre of English literature by halving every double entendre and fooling with every Ganymede so they matched his Pevensies.

Do you want to read specifically about the Christian underworld or will eschatology suffice?
