Yeah, I am not going to even try to make them work for me. They are up on Sufu. I will look into 3sixteen I am also considering some EP's by Epaulet. I can always try some APC NS as well but I have no idea what size to get in those.

i just picked up the red weft weird guys from barneys. they're super dark (as you might expect), with only a small amount of red visible on the outside. the weft is bright red with a turquoise selvedge line. pretty good looking jeans.

Check the sufu thread. There are some pics of (slightly) worn in red wefts.

also has anyone bought the leather belts? i want the natural, but will it tan by itself. and how is the sizing if i wear 30 or 31's in N&F

no wear at all. they look almost black from a distance, especially without natural sunlight. you can see a touch of red when you look closely, but they mainly just look dark.

i'll try to get some pics up tonight.

and to clarify my previous post regarding the selvedge line: it is redline selvedge, but its turquoise where typical redline is white. it looks great.

I'd suggest 29 or 28. I'm a 32 natural waist and wear 29, they stretch out a lot.

did they change the sizing on the weird guys a year ago or something?

reading through the thread people were saying wear true to size.. but the measurements on BiG and recent posts seem to indicate they are vanity sized

I would go with a 29 in those. They are pretty heavy and can take a little while to break in, but that should be the right size. We've got a 29 in stock and a 15% off coupon right now if you are still looking for them.
