anyone have experience speaking to customer service at common projects?

I called them up, no answer. I also emailed both emails listed on the site.

I like common projects, but the laces were pretty weak, and as I was tying my shoe it ripped into two pieces. I searched for laces that would fit decently, but I didn't find any stores that had suitable laces.
I emailed them, the replied like two months ago saying if I sent them a prepaid envelope or something they would send some extra laces. I sent them a letter with a lot of stamps, and i've been waiting forever and got nothing back. Haven't received email responses to my past couple of emails spread out over a month. Anyone know what's up?
