Converse Appreciation Thread

I've been looking for the Jack Purcell boat shoe... I thought it was supposed to be out now, but I can't seem to find it in any stores... Checked Nordstrom, Macys, Urban Outfitters, Eilatan... all these places should have them. It's wierd because they seem to be available from several on-line retailers. The main reason I'm looking in-store is because I want to actually see them before deciding. I'm not worried about ordering online because of fit, but I want to actually see the item before deciding, and I don't think online pics do them justice. Why would the internet say it's 'available now' and no stores have it yet? Are they 'out', but stores just don't have them in yet?

I've been to Caliroots website before and looks like they carry some cool stuff. Have you ordered through them? Looks like an international site and wasn't sure if it'll be easier to order from somewhere domestic.

Do you know of any online stores like Cali in the US?

i have never ordered from them but im sure theyre 100% legit

i dont know of an online streetwear-ish store in the US that competes w/ caliroots

u can order directly from converse's website (and i think u can return them at converse stores)
