Manton - very nice suit. This is one of the blazer suits, correct? I see how the flash picked up a bit of the canvas underneath the fabric. On my navy fresco H&S sometimes if the light hits from underneath (as might be happening here) I can see mine as well. It bothered me the first time I saw it, but I could care less nowadays.

They look different and it works the other way round. I still don't know why they haven't fixed it, but 0517 is darker than 0516. 0516 is the proper navy or very dark mid blue and 0517 is the midnight.

Here's the proof, y'all.

Spent some time w/ yesterday w/ an old friend of ours. He helped me get some perspective on my petty problems.

The start to a long day
8-74.jpg

The evening started so civilised somewhere in CWB with Japanese & saki, then Japanese whiskey & cigars till closing, then wine, cheese & grappa till closing, then LKF for Tequila & bunny action, then in Wan Chai (not a proud moment) where we lost Douglas..

Somewhere in CWB

Somewhere in LKF we also picked up a bunny (or 2)

Somewhere in WC just before we lost Douglas we found a replacement..

Great night & great SFer (Douglas).. See you again in May & don't forget that we are planning for Tokyo..

Catching up with MTH (the other SFer from the crime scene) & yfyf tonight.. Still trying to piece the evening but according to time stamps in the pics, we lost Douglas about 0445..

Haven't followed the dialogue keenly, but are these both nailheads? I like 0516 because the fabric pattern is more visually apparent.
