^^^ Nothing wrong with non-Swiss watches. My points were aimed at rebalancing reality against fantasy specifically with respect to Grand Seiko.

haha, ok, i've seen the posts on watchuseek and other fora that do point towards chinese movements being fine. but occasionally you see posts about it failing after a few months.....that's all i was getting at.
Removed the stainless bracelet and put on the aftermarket black carbon strap which is more casual/sporty IMHO. I guess I can still wear the original and well-worn black leather strap too.
Really like your watch. The current range of Breiltings is hideous IMO
