JLC is more of a dress watch that will work great with a suit and tie. This AP is a bit more sporty and will look good with a suit as well as jeans.
JLC = more formal, AP = more versatile.
Whatever watch you decide on, make sure you try it on your wrist before deciding. I've tried on many Reversos and could never get a comfortable fit. Switching from the deployant clasp to a tang buckle helps a bit.

I would say the first, though they are both nice I silver is more my color and because of that I am quite partial to it.
