Works great for Igents too.

A little lion urine can even turn the foo into a Bro!

I know this is not a politically correct solution, but would you rather have a chemical smell around your house or a damn lion in the yard?

I would rather have the lion versus living in a toxic wasteland.

"It probably won't attack" is not really good enough for people who have small children who play in the backyard.

How about it will *definitely not* attack if unprovoked. No snake is going to chase down your kids. Unless they smell like mice.

I know that much. The child might provoke the snake, inadvertently or otherwise.

I had not seen this one for a while. He is sunning himself on top of my 2008 Christmas tree. This is about 7 feet laterally from the mowed part of my lawn. I have never seen this snake anywhere except on top of this tree except for the time I moved him to take pictures. He stays on his own turf. I am still fascinated by the color of this snake. I have seen hundreds of cottonmouths but never one this light in color.

Great pictures, but I cringe a bit every time I see them. Not a fan of snakes in general.

The whole alligators/sharks/mutant Burmese pythons thing makes the Deep South my least favorite part of the U.S.

Snakes aren't so bad. From time to time I like to go tromping around in shallow water and you just have to keep your eyes a few feet ahead so you don't bump into one.

Alligators, though, give me the creeps. Even the little ones will stalk you through the water. I've never had one mess with me but when a ten-footer comes along I call it day.

You certainly don't want to come to Australia then.
