That sounds like it might be worthwhile. Is the Keeley the one to get? Edit: and would having the four knob version be of much use?

Yes to the Keeley. I've had magnificent luck with his pedals and with his customer service.

I use the 2, can't comment on the 4.

Photo isn't the best quality, but here are the four I currently play the most:

Great guitars there, Sherlockian. Must have cost a fortune in the UK. I have a butterscotch Tele as well.

Nice, Sherlockian. Just add a Gretsch Chet Atkins and you have my "dream list".

The only pedals you should use are fuzzes. Many. In a chain.

Hello people. Got some shots: 1962 Telecaster Custom:

The Telecaster custom I used to gig with (1960 custom shop relic). To my delight the back of the neck is showing wear not from Fender but rather from 6 years of solid playing as my #1.

Amps, my babies (notice the '60s relic strat and the PRS also in the picture):

And my brother is a superbly skilled drummer. This is his main kit:

And his secondary (this one is like 10 pieces, ridiculous):

Sorry for the mess, everything in the studio is being rearranged more or less. Enjoy.

Damn, those Teles are nice. I love the custom shop stuff. I think they do a great job.

I have a few cheap guitars purchased in my high-school and college days. Never could justify any big purchases as I don't really play that much anymore. Lemme post some pix when I get home tonight.

1) Ovation semi-acoustic first guitar (has dave matthews autograph & peace sign scribbled on the neck)
2) Epiphone cheapo Les Paul copy (200 USD. horrible guitar, but my first electric so it got the most use)
3) ESP LTD cheapo guitar
4) Baby Martin

I have nothing to add other than this thread really has me counting down til I get my guitar. It's being made for me at the moment, due for collection March 20....12 more days....will post pics.

I am pretty much a complete beginner...used to mess around and was atrocious at guitar, but have barely picked one up in like 12 years. I will be having lessons though, so, you know, I should basically be playing somewhere near the standard of Dick Dale by about June.
