I try not to say this more than a few times a year, so as not to be tedious: the notion of wearing shoes without socks really freaks me out. Your foot just rubs around on the inside, without a soft, comfortable cotton covering. It's like... I don't know, like wearing a denim jacket without a shirt under it or something.

Different strokes, man. I think that wearing topsiders with socks, esp. when you're wearing shorts, just looks foolish. I don't find it uncomfortable at all

which boat shoes look the best with shorts? I think the lower/sleeker the profile, the better they will probably look with shorts, but what do you guys think are the most versatile colors for wearing in the summer?

brown/burgundy ish timberland (very nice quality leatherz)
bean blucher mocs´
bean camp mocs

is where im at. Wouldnt minde some crazy red shoes either, but bland brown is easy.

just kopped grey version of those ^, not to worried about the suede, they aren't dress shoes just beat them up abit.
