its not even expensive (H&M if you cant tell)...but im just not sure about cardigans yet. some say its too grandpa, some say its too homosexual. im also not a fan of deep v's, and the v on this goes down to about mid chest. anyone know where i can find a moderately priced cardigan with a higher rise v? fit is great, and i dont own any cardigans yet. i did some searching too...but is a tie with a button down considered too much under a cardigan?

kop that one, rock it with an OCBD and you're set. After about 6 months of continuous posting here, you'll thank me.

EDIT: I see your edit and no its not. I'm looking for the right bowtie to rock with a cardigan.

Pretty generic cardi, it should pair well with most things. If it fits you then I say why not.

Protip: you wear a shirt under your cardigan so it doesnt matter if its a deeper V. A Shirt and tie is not too much under a cardigan.

I get these reactions sometimes from people who know absolutely nothing about clothing. I ignore them.

Love them, but that color is pretty finicky, imo. Needs to be darker, or more grey, or more saturated. More something. It's going to limit what you can wear with it.

Ain't that the truth. A critical element of swagger, perhaps? ;-)

Those Grensons are nice, I'd get them.
A red brick sole would have set it off though, in a good way.

Yeah I would too. Agreed about the red-brick sole. Are those a standard Grenson makeup or a custom one through somewhere else?

For my personal taste, that Grenson heel is within the realm of something I would wear because it's pretty slim as-is. But I think that heels are better suited on boots and not on low-cut shoes like those, especially if they're 'sporty' or for 'summer-wear'.

I also feel that heels can sometimes interfere with my gait, I dunno. I tend to be heel-heavy when I step so maybe that's why.

Furthermore, I think no heel is a bit more masculine and lends itself to a sleeker and cleaner profile/silhouette.
