Ive got a pair of skinny leg jeans that are so tight around my groin and quad areas. They are my favouritre pair of jeans and I badly want to wear the again. What's the best way to stretch jeans?

Honestly the easiest way is douse yourself with water and to wear them and do stretches until they dry on your body. It worked on my Vintage 1966 Big E pants.

I'm considering spraying a tight raw pair I have with water from a spray bottle and then wearing them outside during active hours. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Wearing them while you sleep might help too.

Hang them in the bathroom when you take a shower, hang the jeans in the bathroom. The steam will soften them a bit, and then put them on right away. I've had some good luck recently with that.

Just pull them as low as possible and endure the pain

I had a pair of particularly non-stretchable jeans that I really needed to loosen up. I just wore them and did everything in them. Lots of stretching, some running, went for a really long bike ride (which was difficult!) ert etc. My efforts paid off.

If they're only moderately tight, try sleeping in them for a few nights. Or wetting them a bit and doing some cardio, say, biking.

give them to a very very large lady to wear continuously for about a week. That will do the trick.
