I really like the rise on these trousers. Too many modern suits have trousers with too low a rise. This high rise/slim fit/flat cut looks perfect to me.

Thanks man. It's the same Hickey-Freeman jacket I've had for a while. Got it from our very own quality seller a bit over a year ago, IIRC.
I haven't gotten much new clothing the past few months. A lot of travel in the latter half of 2009 required some cutbacks at the haberdashery. But 2010 is a whole new budget and I was at my tailors today about some shirts and a pair of suits.
