Macallan Cask Strength: sweet, slightly fruity, malty, smoky, peaty. Strong. Like it.

Nice refreshing Hetch Hetchy water, but if we can pool $5k, we can make 100 bottles of a special SF blend of Whiskey.

Love is relative. I like it more than most >$20 bottles, it isn't cloying sweet like a lot of other cheap ones.

Nice job finding the peat! How much water you add?

Is that Johnny Walker Blue Label King George V Edition or Remy Martin Louis XIII or perhaps you went ahead and made a little blend of the two?

That looks really cool, but I would be much more inclined to go for much smaller barrels and play with it more. Like rye fully matured in pinot barrels or an Irish in a late harvest Riesling. I would not want 100 bottles of either of those, maybe 5...

I don't think I added a whole lot, but then again last night's glass was a shallow pour. I'd probably say 1/3 water/whisky

Thomas Handy Sazerac rye with a splash of water. Hard to believe something with this much proof could be as smooth as it is,

Its really an amazing drink. Very young too. You still need to try Weller as well...

I'm drinking some Bells Two Hearted Ale, very grapefruity!

Glenfiddich 12 year old. Was in the mood for a fruity scotch and this fit the bill.

Last night was a small amount of Bruichladdich single malt with one cube, followed by a glass of Quail's Gate '07 Dry Reisling, which was amazing...

...followed by a bunch of drinks at the club not worth mentioning.
