^^Quite nice, except for the shirt - black/blue/purple is a bit too contusion-y for my tastes

+1. I think that shirt is too casual for the rest of the fit. However, I like the photo skills in the close-ups and that pocket square looks really nice.

mj - i forget who (maybe PG) gave you this advice sometime back ... less is more.

in this case, the busy-ness of the jacket clashes when you throw in the blue shirt, purple/black tie and multi-colored pocket square. there is just too much going on.

a crisp white shirt, maybe no tie and solid colored pocket square would have made this a winner. other options obviously exist too with a tie in the configuration.

also AAAC's color coordination article would help greatly.
