Any general advice or suggested stores I should hit up?
From what I hear, everything is ridiculously expensive (that probably means I should put a hold on all shopping until my trip

).

Nice little store with a good selection. But good luck finding anything larger than a US36.

Exactly. I'm 5 foot 10 and not even close to being hefty but I found sizing a real problem. Spanked my hard-earned on accessories instead

I am 5'9" and a 36r, and I was a LARGE at Comme Ca in Shinjuku. Wanna bring me back some raw sake and Japanese whiskey?

Oh, and cartons of Seven Star cigarettes?

Also, make sure to check out Harajuku for teh ladiez! They dress up like every Japanese stereotype you could imagine, wrapped into one.

Purchase a Kirin Strong 7 from 7/11 and drink it in the streets for me!

In Japan now.

I suggest checking out Roppongi Hills. Was there yesterday they have the usual United Arrows plus some other interesting *** designers.

Also, Burberry Black Label in Ginza maybe?
