No Cindy wine for me.
Fedex their usual idiotic selfs. Missed drop off yesterday, called to request after 1p drop off today. Got home at noon only to find the idiots were by 1.5 hours earlier today than yesterday! Calling my CC company to cancel that order now.

okay this thread has way too much fun when I'm not around...guess I need to stay away more often
Anyway, havign a few good bottles tonigh.
The Decero Malbec, A lovely Priorat form Bodegas La Cartuja that got a 90 from RP.
I also scored a bottle of the 1992 Soloist Riesling for less then a ten spot! I got that for the GF and we'll pop that sucker open on New Years.
I'll post pics and notes just as soon as I can

We drank a ****-load of wine and beer tonight. Some of the ones that I can reference from the empty bottles in the kitchen:
2008 Hamilton Russell Chardonnay
2008 St. Cosme Cotes du Rhone
2003 St. Cosme Chateauneuf du Pape
2005 Pahlmeyer Merlot
2007 Montirius Vacqueyras
We also had this wine, Roussette de Savoy, which is made from a grape I've never heard of - Altesse. I'd recommend it as a great wine to drink while eating raw oysters.
