After Disney was busted for throwing buckets of lemmings off of cliffs, we all lost our innocence. I was more a fan of M of O's Wild Kingdom . . . "While Jim wrestled that angry alligator into submission I headed back to base camp for iced tea and bandages."

I still don't use ATMs. I don't like direct deposit but rather prefer to go to the bank.

I think people rely too much on their gadgets...Iphones, cell phones, can't go anywhere without texting or talking, can't read a map becuase the GPS receiver is right there, etc.

I remember going on long car trips and having nothing to do but read a book or look out the car windows. I think doing that would actually kill one of my kids.

That part of the horse is the "anus" and you maintain it from the other end.

I know your parties are weird on that side of the bay, but my reminder above should still give you a sense of how things work.

We learn from the young-uns, surely, but we have much to offer as well. First topic: I'm ******* pissed that we didn't have webcams when I was 20. Discuss.

I was a Hot Wheels guy. Sadly, my mother sold all my Hot Wheels in a garage sale years ago. I do have my baseball card collection somewhere, but I don't yet trust my kids with it. I have my father's Boxing Card collection from the 1940's.

The only thing I miss is ********** with young women. Once the hair starts to go they seem to want more and more money for sexual favours and I'm on a budget nowadays.

I'm surprised that you're not the Socialist mayor of Plano yet.

I'm trying to sell my Prius to buy a more capitalist-pig styled car so I'm no longer qualified.

What does it mean if I used the Selectric 2 all the time (I guess it was actually a Selectric II)? Am I too young for this crowd?

It's a little depressing that I'm old enough for this thread.
