So to skirt the rule on posting a link without a summary, are people allowed to post quotes from the article without the required summary?

This link/summary rule is making the whole forum a den of tattle-tales and snitches. As Carmelo Anthony would say, "Don't be a snitch." Snitches get stitches.

Yeah I don't personally care about that rule. I plan to only use it as an excuse to suppress threads I disagree with.
