Fantastic!

I just got a pair of these too. I noticed that your welt is much lighter than mine, which I like slightly better than the dark welt. Did you get them recently?
Either way, amazing shoes

Thanks for the suggestions guys, those Aviators do look nice, though similar to my Clarks. The smooth leather of the Roy is really pulling at me...any other suggestions? I definitely need something more casual to go with jeans like the Roy...is anything by Varvatos or PS comparable? Also could you name some online retailers?

PS: Is it just me that can't stand the toe of Indy's? Maybe I need to try them in person...

Your shoes are awesome - I like the darker welt, LOL!

I got these a couple months ago from Alden of Carmel. You got it from the SF store, I suppose?

The stitching on the toe isn't for everyone. Try them on if you get the chance.

As for other brands (with a plain toe), I'm an Alden man myself but I hear good things about the Wolverine 1000 mile boot. It's American made too
