I got ISFJ this time. In the past I think i've gotten INFJ.

Very strange, I got INTJ with this test. I've always been strongly intuitive and perceiving on others.

if you have the time, i bet you can manipulate your answers to show whatever type you want. i mentioned this to a coworker once before he took the test and he said he was going to try to do that to end up the same type as our boss

On each of these, there are only a few that I can answer with any degree of certainty in a yes/no context. I'm extremely punctual, highly indecisive and my desk is messy (though in a way that I know where everything is).
When you take one of these for a job, do they have a broader range of potential answers? Do employers still bother with this stuff to any great degree?

They ask waaaaay more questions that get at the same thing, because they have to account for for the uniqueness of humans -- very organized people may have areas of chaos in their worlds which does not 'fit' their 'type,' but is merely emblematic of how different we can be. ~ H
