I don't know. The pics may have come from the LL. I saved them to my hard drive over a year ago. But kolecho and aportnoy have posted about Carmina and may know. They're sadly omitted from the Shoe Wiki.

^Nice! I looked on the LL for the Carmina pics, but couldn't find them. (Search function doesn't seem to work, since nothing at all comes up when "carmina" is entered.) But I did find a few old but good threads (1, 2 and 3) on the LL balmoral boot, which I love. A dark brown pair:

No pictures, I am too lazy to search for them right now, but mine would have to be a wingtip. From an early age, I remember just liking the way wingtips looked, particularly the big, solid, thick-soled American wingtips from Alden. If I had to choose just one, that'd be it.
