I believe that there is a photo of Harry S. Truman wearing a white or cream colored iteration in Flusser's Dressing the Man.

It doesn´t say on the blog. My guess would be a SC.

Not the most detailed images, but here are a couple patch DBs. Looks like they're both 4x1s. Also the breast pockets are all on quite an angle.

^^ I find it more interesting that they are all 4 x 2 buttoned on the lower button

The one in the Sartorialist picture looks like a Sciamat as well.
