DB suit with patch breast pocket

I am looking for examples of DB suits with patch hip pockets and a patch breast pocket. Presumably that means the suitcoat is 4x2 or 4x1.

If you have a photo, illustration or link, please post it here.

Sportcoats will do, but I would prefer suits.

Not the most detailed images, but here are a couple patch DBs. Looks like they're both 4x1s. Also the breast pockets are all on quite an angle.
