They're from last year and are still in the original packaging. I bought two pairs as collector pieces to spite robin. Price was astronomical, here is a better pic of the design but they look much much better in person. They **** on the leather margiela gloves from this season quality/lux wise and everyone knows how much I love margiela. They fit incredible and feel like I'm sliding my hand into some silky soft poon.

I don't remember them being that expensive, because even I was considering buying a pair.

If these weren't expensive for you then you are a baller of epic proportions.

big recommendation on Stetsons merino wool watch caps, in the same style as US gov but heavier and even warmer. I got one in dark brown.

I'm about to do the same thing with some spare cuts of fabric I have sitting around. Only thing holding me back so far is figuring out what to do with the ends. Every scarf I ever remember seeing has a frayed/corded end. Just using a rectangular cut of fabric seems odd to me.

I have the ndg scarf, but the fabric should be the same as the gloves. It is very heavy and thick. It is by far the thickest scarf I have ever owned. But it is also quite soft and not scratchy at all. I was hesitant at first because it seemed like a lot of money for something that is not 100% wool and also made in china, but various stores I asked claimed that only some specialists in China were able to produce this scarf.

If you want really thick warm woven gloves , these should be great. I also really like the look and feel of the material. The marl coloration of both the brown and the black (I got both) looks great. If you want something lighter or sleeker, go for jil sander. They are really apples and oranges.
