Fit varies, but tends to be slim. The ones that I recently received from VCH size 15.5/39 have ~44" chest, ~18.5" shoulders, ~41" waist. I also have one with the same neck size that I bought elsewhere which has 17" shoulders, 41" chest, 38" waist.

Are those Finamore buttonholes machine-sewn, or do my eyes deceive me?

Hi, I've often wondered what the difference is between the labels. Are there any other differences?

Thanks A

Clint

P.S. I have several Finamore and I think that they are lovely shirts. I just wished that I could afford the MTO programme.

Yup, the white label hand sewing is limited to the shoulder seams. The black label has a hand sewn collar, shoulders and button holes.

I bought this exact shirt from virtualclotheshorse...and it is stunning. The construction is nice and the fabric has a great hand to it. As for fit, it's pretty slim for an OTR shirt.

STF has the skinny Finamore - not for anyone who isn't an endurance athlete.

Nice to hear. I was hesitant at first and was only going to get the blue twill. The white/berry stripe would have to be slim in order for me to pull it off.
I ordered both. Can't wait to get them. Thanks for the info!!
