I got sucked into CS when it was a mod for Half Life. Still a great game. It has to be the most balanced and fun FPS multiplayer game in existence. The weapon physics and realism are unmatched.Originally Posted by Opermann

That's nothing new - remember CoDUO 32man DM Carentan? Nades flying everywhere. But you can't judge a game by its DM, S&D is where the pros fly.
gun game is the mod i play most often in CSS, it gets really intense except hit registry is really fucked up sometimes
took me 8 hits to kill someone with a USP and sometimes up to 10 with a glock
but then again if they're head shots it only takes 2 or 3 hits
but the physics are awesome and the graphics are still pretty good for being an oldish game

I want to pick up Brutal Legend but I've heard some people complain about it having RTS elements in it or whatever. I'm kind of at the point where unless a game is a complete masterpiece I probably won't sacrifice the time to play it.
