What do you wear under your dress shirts? T-shirts? Tanks?

Stains are largely a function of the the additives found in most deodorants. Look for an aluminum free product. Also, shirts should be laundered after each use.

It seems I answer this topic weekly. I like U-neck tees, Urban Outiftter's house brand BDG makes solid ones. B. Son does too, but they're pricier.

T-shirts in cold weather, IDJs in warm weather. A guy's chest/back hair making dark patches under his light color poplin shirts is not a great look. Unless you want to keep your jacket on in the office as Tarmac seems to suggest, wear an undershirt.

buy some AA vnecks in bulk in heather grey, they are good for undershirts

In an effort to try and eliminate as much material as possible, I have found this T-shirt to be as good as advertised: http://www.tommyjohnwear.com/Crew-Ne...cked-P217.aspx. Bought my first as a "test case" and find myself slowly shifting to wanting to replace my regular T-shirts with more of these. Very form fitting - normally I hate form fitting clothing but these are O.K. Also, like the fact the shirt dries quickly.

During cooler weather or winter I'll wear a v-neck undershirt. My body frame borders on Meduim to Large so I always go medium for a snug fit. I also now shave my armpits after having read some people here recommending it. I use a lot less anti-perspirant now too.

hated undershirts until I found Zimmerli... expensive but worth it. material actually helps my dress shirts not wrinkle as much and I can get an extra wear or two out of them before cleaning. low neck never shows under collars.

and good old fashioned old spice has never left a stain...

You mean shave-shave . . . or crop to some extent ? Yikes. Why would a man voluntarily endure what God (Old Test) his-self has ordained as part of the standard pennance-package for having chosen to be born a woman ? . . . I mean, I'm ok with it and all, . . . cause its a personal choice and everything . . . I have seen guys at Starbucks before that appear to have shaved their legs . . .

I'm wondering that too about the shaved pits. I have heard a few times about shaving under the arms on StyleForum, but I am not sure if this means completely shave bald or just trim. I wouldn't mind trimming if it helps reduce the sweat and smell issues, but I don't think I can be bald under there. I am a man after all.
