Quick and simple eats: sandwiches

Here's a simple sandwich, filling and nutritious, that I got the idea from a local international cafe/bakery.

-Baguette type bread (I use ciabatta bread)
-Cream cheese (I use Boursin cheese)
-Sun-dried tomatoes soaked in olive oil
-Marinated artichokes

That's it. Takes 3 minutes to make. Make for a full meal.

I've being eating this thing for lunch for a week.
