It's not just the photoshopping that gets me, it's the fact he's able to find all the correct elements/backgrounds/etc. I used to do lots of photoshopping for fake Onion style stories back in 1999-2001, and tracking down exactly what I wanted was always the hardest part. Although, I guess it's easier now, but still... lots of props to the Sam.
