I purchased a pair of 29W SL-100x's on 9/21 and was told that the jeans would take 1.5 weeks to get hemmed. I called two weeks after purchase and was told that the jeans weren't even hemmed yet. Any idea when I'm going to get my hands on them?

There's got to be a mix-up, all jeans are hemmed within 3 to 5 days.
What store did you buy them from?

SENY. I called SENY last Thursday and spoke with Andrew. He said that the jeans were not hemmed yet and that he would call once the jeans came in.

I thought it was kinda screwy too which is why I hate dicking around with STF. The Flatheads I picked up I was able to get one wash so it took out the sizing guess game. And got them chainstitched within the hour for free which was a bonus

What's so confusing?
They shrink to tagged size, every single model with the exception of the SE05BSP.
They make about 15 different models, every single one shrinks to the tagged size.

Tom, your jeans arrived but your phone # was disconnected (perhaps we wrote it down wrong?) You can come and pick them up anytime. Sorry for the delay... we appreciate your patience!

dmash - since those are pre soak fit pics, then yes they are too tight... you're going to need a size 33 which you'll then cold soak for about 10-15 min or so. at that point you should be all set.
