I really want a washed distressed leather jacket of some sort. Something like this:

I know designers choose models to go with their vision and it creates the whole "look", but some of these people just look so damn ridiculous it distracts me. I guess I just don't get it.

I'd rather buy some of the safer pieces from outlandish designers/brands than esoteric things from the boring ones.

Soul crushing depression precludes working out in most cases. Not to mention it seems like many of those types skip eating much for weeks in a row to be able to afford their precious RO/Julius/Ann D leathers. You can't move quick when you're crippled by hunger pangs.

Sword makes some alright ones but they feel like thin leather shirts instead of jackets... the Diesel Laderry is sort of a washed black leather too. The only thing i don't really like about it is that it has no real collar. I decided to keep it anyway.

I'm convinced that DECEMBER is going to ask at least one question about every jean ever made before the dust settles.

You have to understand his style is inspired by the film "Sweeney Todd."

He once posted photos of a cruise to Alaska. They don't look kindly on that sort of frivolity.

Also, if I recall correctly, aren't many of them short, stout, ugly sociopaths, whereas SoCal is reasonably attractive, successful, and nowhere near depressed enough (seemingly) to wear their favorite goth brands? Not that I know anything.

I'm working on selling everything I've been working on for the last 2yrs. I focused on the EG and WWM stuff but found myself just wearing jeans and t-shirt day in day out.
I want to focus on a masculine look, it's funny how I'm getting rid of my work wear stuff and today I wore shorts cuffed up well past my knee caps and want a more masculine aesthetic.

If EG, WWM, and the like are out, then what do you define as masculine? I've heard (and distributed) plenty of knocks against the workwear aesthetic, but it not being masculine enough is certainly not one of them.

I've come to realize that putting on boots and a denim shirt doesn't make me look like a "man",
As far as a masculine inspiration it's back to square one.
