Okay thanks for the input. I felt similarly about the buckle, however I think the close proximity of the picture makes the buckle a bit bigger. From eye level to the floor its a bit less "Swash-bucklery".Originally Posted by CSandiego
Perhaps; but, when you wear them that is all you and others will notice. The buckle is way too big.

Casualwear only. Chunky buckles are ok once in awhile. Makes the sleek shoes even more appreciated.
