Yeah, the whole thing is like 8 gigs off the torrents. Pretty worth it. Non stop workouts are great especially after sitting at work staring at your computer all day.

I have the Ab Ripper X video. Man that thing is really killer, I really like it. Lots of motions I never knew to do.

Yeah, I just did the Ab Ripper X last night. I really need a yoga mat or something though, my back hurts from my hard wood floor.

P90X+ is also good...it ups the intensity...shorter rests, etc.

I love the P90X. This thing got me in great shape in a few months. It is really intense though but it works for sure.

I did p90x this summer and I lost alot of weight. I went from 180 to 158, although after 90 days of it I do feel a bit bored. I'm contemplating in doing the doubles program or doing insanity, which is another beachbody product that seems to be more cardio based.

Ha i tried the ab ripper after a steady diet of oreos and beer (was getting a bit of a gut, otherwise very thin guy) and it kicked ******... hurt to walk and sit up for like 2 or 3 days haha sucked in a big way. Definitely not for beginners... but i suppose you could just do as much as you felt you could for awhile instead of pushing through to the end like i did.

I think Power 90 might be a good start. For those bored w/ P90X, I'd recommend the P90X+ program. Similar but more intense...shorter rest periods and greater emphasis on performing the exercise for the allotted time rather than completing a target number of reps.
