Muir Beach every TU & TH AM. 2:15 door to door and about 30 miles. Great scenery and good climbs.

Only about 10 miles, but I had my 25 lbs. one-year-old son in the trailer, and the park was hilly.

Sounds about what I do when I'm at home. Now that I'm at school and I don't have access to good roads I just use a trainer or I run.

I'm jealous (seriously) of anyone who gets the chance to ride more than twice a week. I'm limited to mostly just riding on the weekends, so I usually average around 40-50 miles on my road bike (Saturday mornings), and if the opportunity arises, 12-15 miles on my mountain bike.

I actually take a longer route to work so that I can ride down the national Mall and see the monuments and museums. It's nice.

Ugh, none. I was too tired this morning to ride in. Plus, it's dark when I leave the house now so I need to go buy a front light.

Any recommendations on a good battery powered front light?

I rode just under 11 miles yesterday morning. My first pre-work bike ride. Damn it was tough getting going half asleep with little more than half a sandwich in me for breakfast. I plan on doing this tomorrow morning as well.

Interestingly when I got home I turned on the TV to unwind a bit before showering for work and what did I find showing on Cinemax but Breaking Away.
